Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Decarno Associates, we strive to provide quality professional services. Due to the unique nature of consultancy, advisory, and registration services, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.

Service Cancellation

Clients may request the cancellation of a service under the following conditions:

  • Clients may request cancellation before the initiation of work.
  • Once documentation review, filing, application submission, or processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following specific situations:

  • Payment made due to a technical error or duplicate transaction.
  • The requested service cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Decarno Associates.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following fees and charges are generally non-refundable once paid or processed:

  • Government fees & duties
  • Registration fees
  • License application fees
  • Trademark filing fees
  • ISO certification charges
  • Loan processing charges
  • Professional Consultation fees
  • Any Third-party charges

Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed strictly within 7 to 15 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back through the original payment method used during the transaction.

Service Rejection

If any government authority, lender, insurer, or certification body rejects an application, the fees already paid for the professional services rendered by Decarno Associates shall not be refundable.
